Sprouted Moongdal Chaat

Healthy snack, really good n refreshing for ppls who r suffering from diabetes also rich in proteins...quick, simple n easy to prepare..


1/2cup Sprouted Moongdal
1/2cup Cucumber pieces
1no Tomatoes chopped
1/4tsp Cumin seeds
1/4tsp Pepper powder
1/4tsp Amchur powder
Salt

Steam cook the sprouted moongdal with enough salt without adding water in the vessel we took the sprouts,but dont forget to fill the bottom of the cooker.Dont put the weight if u r cooking the sprouted moongdal in pressure cooker..keep aside n let them cool..

Take a large bowl add the cooked moongdal, cucumber pieces, tomatoes pieces...also add the spice powders to them, toss them gently n serve them..

If we cook the sprouts in pressure cooker without weight & without adding any water then will the sprouts not burn?
For how much time should we cook the sprouts & on what kind of flame ?

@Anonymous, you have to steam cook the sprouts,that means you have fill the bottom of the pressure cooker with water,but not in the vessel you took your sprouts to cook in pressure cooker.

COok in medium high flame for 5 minutes.Sprouts shouldnt be much cooked nor raw.
